Built to be usable by everyone.
We want every dealer, shopper and visitor to be able to use brandry.ai, whatever tools they browse with. This statement covers our commitment, where we stand, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment
Brandry is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time audit.
Standards target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Semantic structure
Pages use a logical heading order, landmark regions, and a skip-to-content link so keyboard and screen-reader users can move quickly.
Keyboard and focus
Interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons, form fields and menus.
Color and contrast
We check text and interactive colors against WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes, and do not rely on color alone to convey meaning.
Motion
Load-in animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting and are turned off for people who ask for less motion.
Labels
Form fields, including the AI-Readiness Score input, have programmatic labels, and icon-only controls carry accessible names.
Known limitations
Accessibility is never finished. Some content, such as older blog posts or embedded third-party elements, may not yet fully meet our target, and AI-generated answers in the concierge are produced dynamically. Where we find a gap we prioritize fixing it. If something is blocking you, please tell us and we will help and prioritize a fix.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you have trouble using any part of brandry.ai, or you use assistive technology and hit a barrier, we want to know. Email accessibility@brandry.ai. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and fix it quickly. We aim to respond to accessibility reports promptly.
Feedback and enforcement
This statement reflects our current efforts and is not a warranty that every page meets every criterion at all times. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility request, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve it.
Hit a barrier? We want to fix it.
Accessibility problems are bugs. Report one and we will treat it like one, with a real person on the other end.
